Packing List for Treatment
Arrival day starts with a warm welcome and a quick bag check. We keep it simple. Bring comfortable clothing, your ID and insurance cards, and any prescriptions in their original bottles. Leave valuables and outside medications at home. We will settle you in from there.
Packing List for Treatment, The Details
Your first task on arrival day is simple. Bring what keeps you comfortable and leave the rest at home. We keep the list short on purpose.
Pack these things:
- Comfortable clothing for about a week, plus something warm
- A photo ID and your insurance card
- Any prescriptions in their original labeled bottles
- Slip-on shoes and clothes for light exercise
- A small amount of cash for vending or a store run
- Phone numbers for the people you want to stay close to
Leave these at home:
- Alcohol, drugs, and anything containing them (including some mouthwash)
- Weapons or sharp items
- Valuables and expensive jewelry
We check each bag with you at intake. This is routine. It protects everyone here, and we do it calmly and with respect.
Forgot something? Do not worry. We can sort most gaps once you settle in. Family can usually drop off approved items later.
Bring yourself. We handle the rest together.
